Thanksgiving Eve Worship & Pie Social - November 24, 2026 at 7pm

Giving Thanks for God's Abundant Blessings

Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on the blessings God has given us, celebrate the people who enrich our lives, and share our gratitude with others.

Each year, Ascension Lutheran Church invites our congregation, families, friends, and neighbors to gather for a special Thanksgiving Eve Worship Service and Pie Social.

Together, we give thanks to God for His abundant grace, love, and provision throughout the year. Through prayer, scripture, and worship, we celebrate the many ways God has been present in our lives and remember that every blessing is an opportunity to share His love with others.

A Sweet Tradition of Faith and Fellowship

What makes this evening especially meaningful is our annual Pie Social, held during the worship service.

Our Ascension Youth Group prepares and bakes a delicious assortment of homemade pies for everyone to enjoy, served alongside fresh coffee and hot tea.

Sharing pie together is more than a holiday treat. It is an opportunity to strengthen friendships, welcome new faces, and experience the joy of Christian fellowship.

Join Us in Thanksgiving!

Whether Ascension is your church home or you're visiting for the first time, you are welcome at our table.

Bring your family, invite your neighbors, and join us for an evening filled with gratitude, worship, fellowship, and delicious homemade pie.

At Ascension Lutheran Church, all are welcome, and there is always room for one more at the table!
